My name is Dr. Kelly Fitzsimmons Burton, and I have 20 years of experience teaching courses in the Humanities to students aged 12 to 80. I have retired from classroom teaching and now offer private tutoring and courses for students of all backgrounds.
I can tutor Humanities students online via Zoom or in person in Pleasant Valley, AZ. In addition, homeschooled students in Arizona may qualify for ESA scholarship funds to pay tutoring fees. I am available for one-on-one tutoring, small groups, or classes.
Whether you live in Pleasant Valley and want to meet in person, live somewhere in Arizona and use an ESA scholarship online, or live anywhere else and want to meet online, I am happy to provide the Humanities tutoring or course you need.
Bio
My name is Kelly Burton. I have taught a wide range of Humanities subjects for over 20 years, from junior high to graduate level. I am retiring from teaching in person at the college and have moved to Pleasant Valley, AZ, where I oversee the work of The Logos Foundation. I want to continue teaching with a flexible schedule, so I started Pleasant Valley Tutoring. I offer private one–on–one tutoring sessions, group tutoring sessions for up to six students, and 8-week custom private courses for more than six students. If you live in the area, I am available to meet in person. We can meet live online using Zoom if you are outside the area. My husband thought I should include my work experience, so I have included a resume below. If you have any questions, please email me at pleasantvalleytutoring [at gmail.com].
I am set up as an ESA vendor with Class Wallet in Arizona. Find me under my name, Kelly Burton, or Pleasant Valley Tutoring.
